We have resolved the issue of the step caused by the fold in the ring part of the sewn bag, which has been a drawback until now, through a special sewing technique, thus clearing the bypass problem of the filtrate. Additionally, by using the newly designed FALA filter housing (step seal structure), we can ensure a bypass-free operation without sacrificing the advantages of the ring sewn bag, which has a large filtration area (the filtration area does not decrease due to the plastic color and fusion parts) while eliminating the need for O-rings in the basket section. The FALA bag filter system is a precision liquid filtration system with a nominal filtration accuracy of 1 to 800 microns and low solid particle concentration (below 1000 ppm). The processing flow rate per unit ranges widely from 1 to 1000 m3/hr.
